"... his name, is Jordan Catalano."

I'm sure you weren't quoting My So-Called Life, but fifteen years later, I still hear certain quotes from that show in my head.

You deserve better friends than this yahoo, anyway. Even if he or she hated your guts, it's so effing rude to invite EVERYONE except for you. Of course, I don't know the whole story, but at face value, it appears they're a jerk.

Isn't that just the best? Those kinds of customers -- even the ones who are just friendly and talkative -- probably have no idea how much brighter they've made my day (back when I was working in customer service, anyway). It just reminds me of all the good things about people.

This is definitely not the way to get someone to notice you. Take it from me, the person who's on the other side, still not wanting the person even after they've reinvented themselves.

    Re: #19

Go in for career counseling. Search around, a lot of them are government sponsored and thus free, but I'd say even if you have to pay it's worth it.

A lot of young people have no direction in their lives because they've never been given the tools to find out for themselves what they are suited for, and what jobs are available. It's hard to know what you'd like to do when you really only have the faintest idea of what is available.

A good career counseling service will have psychological tools to find out what kind of jobs you are most likely to be happy working at, as well as information on educational requirements, as well as pay scales and job prospects for careers.

    Good luck.

He was in the wrong as an unmarried pastor (especially if you were underage... wtf) but unless you gave him some strong body language, even men of God can't read minds. I'm not condoning his actions at all but you should never expect somebody to be able to take hints, especially when it comes to sex. You need to learn how to say no outright, because otherwise some people will take your "yes" or your lack of answer as a genuine desire for sex to happen.
